@airindia i am going ahead and filing a police compliant in regards to money being paid to Air India and not being refunded. this happening already in last couple of trips. no money has been refunded and i have lost over 1000 Rs. like this already.
@airindia@missexpert01 I think you did not understand what I wrote. I tried to book a paid seat 11C. The money was de deducted twice once through Phone pay and next thru CC. But no BP. Hope it’s clarified now. It hight time you stopped acting naive. @PMOIndia@airindia@narendramodi
@airindia I was trying to book a paid seat, in case you have not understood. The money was deducted twice this time but BP was not created. @DGCAIndia@PMOIndia. PNR no. 7PFUAG. This has happened several times earlier also. It’s a scam. Request DGCA to take note and act asap.
i have contacted the Air India customer service and they just are as helpless as me. It is a clever plan by #Airindia to dupe people of money. this must be investigated by the LEA and people responsible should be booked asap. This is a scam @PMOIndia
