मैं जानता हूँ कि पेपर लीक कोई मामूली विषय नहीं है। लाखों विद्यार्थी और उनके अभिभावकों के लिए बहुत ही पीड़ादायक है। और इसलिए, पेपर लीक की घटना से अब तक पिछले ढाई महीनों में अनेक कदम उठाए गए। गुनहगारों को पकड़ा गया है, वे जेल में पड़े हैं।

सरकार ने अपनी पूरी शक्ति का उपयोग करके कम से कम समय में 22 लाख विद्यार्थियों के एग्जाम हो जाएं, इसका प्रबंध किया। और अभी पांच-छह दिन पहले 19 तारीख को रिजल्ट भी आ गया। और देश भर में उत्तीर्ण हो गए विद्यार्थियों की खुशियों की खबरें भी आ रही हैं।

लेकिन हम यहां पर संतोष मानने वाले लोगों में से नहीं हैं, और इसलिए मैंने आज फास्ट-ट्रैक कोर्ट के लिए विभागों को निर्देश दिए थे। आज विभागों ने लगातार मेहनत करके देर रात मुझे मसौदा भी दे दिया। फास्ट-ट्रैक कोर्ट और कठोर सजा के प्रावधान वाले इस मसौदे पर कल कैबिनेट में चर्चा होगी। कैबिनेट के साथियों के सुझाव के बाद उसका अंतिम रूप दिया जाएगा। और सोमवार से संसद का दूसरा सप्ताह शुरू हो रहा है, तब जल्द-से-जल्द इस बिल को सदन में पारित कराने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।

ওর একমাত্র “অপরাধ” — সে এমন এক পরিবেশে জন্ম নিয়েছে, যেখানে রাজনীতি, হিংসা আর দমন-পীড়ন শিশু পর্যন্তকেও রেহাই দেয় না। তার অপরাধ সে হিন্দু পরিবারে জন্ম নিয়েছে।

ঘরছাড়া হওয়া মানে শুধু একটা বাড়ি হারানো নয়—এটা নিরাপত্তা হারানো, শান্তি হারানো, আর এক নিরপরাধ শিশুর শৈশব হারানোর শোক।

এই বাচ্চাটাও যে ঘরছাড়া হয়েছে, সেটাই প্রমাণ করে—অমানবিকতা কতটা নিচে নামতে পারে।

এই ধরনের ঘটনা শুধু রাজনৈতিক দলের মুখোশ খুলে দেয় না, আমাদের সমাজের নৈতিকতার পতন, প্রশাসনের নির্লজ্জ নীরবতা, এবং মানবাধিকার রক্ষার চরম ব্যর্থতাকেও সামনে নিয়ে আসে। রাজ্যের পুলিশ নীরব দর্শক হয়ে দেখেছিল কারণ মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর ভোটব্যাংক এই ঘটনার পিছনে ছিল।।

এক বছর আগে মুর্শিদাবাদের ঘটনা আমরা ভুলিনি। চন্দন দাস ও হর গোবিন্দ দাস—এই নামগুলো আজও আমাদের মনে আছে।
সেদিন সন্ধ্যায় যদি হাইকোর্ট খুলিয়ে মামলা করে কেন্দ্রীয় বাহিনী মোতায়েনের নির্দেশ না আনা হতো, তাহলে পরিস্থিতি কোথায় গিয়ে দাঁড়াত—ভাবা যায়?

আমরা ছিলাম। আমরা ছুটে গেছি। আমরা লড়েছি।
মালদা থেকে মুর্শিদাবাদ—মানুষের নিরাপত্তার জন্য আদালতে গিয়েছি, পাশে দাঁড়িয়েছি।

কিন্তু প্রশ্নটা আজও একই—
এই ৬ দিনের শিশুর অপরাধটা কী? চন্দন এবং হরগোবিন্দ দাসের দোষ কি ছিল?

সময় এসেছে একত্রিত হওয়ার। অন্যায়ের বিরুদ্ধে দাঁড়ানোর।
ভয় নয়—অধিকার, নিরাপত্তা আর ন্যায়ের পক্ষে ভোট দেওয়ার।
মুখ্যমন্ত্রী হুমকি আপনারা ইতিমধ্যে জানেন। 2026 এর নির্বাচন অস্তিত্ব রক্ষার লড়াই, হিন্দুদের অধিকার রক্ষার লড়াই।
