BSNL seems more interested in advertising FTTH to me everyday.
The same FTTH promo SMS keeps arriving repeatedly despite having no interest in the service. My inbox is turning into advertising board. Stop the spam & let customers decide what services they want. @bsnl_care
@bsnl_care "Simply ignore them" is not a solution.
By that logic, BSNL can send unlimited unwanted messages and customers should just keep ignoring them?
I complained because my inbox is being flooded with repetitive promotional SMS that I never requested.
@bsnl_care Your app says my validity is active till 28th June 2026, but your SMS department seems convinced it's expiring "soon" everyday.
Why you're intentionally spamming customers with recharge messages?

I have already provided screenshots as evidence.
Asking customers to spend time calling customer care to report errors generated by BSNL's own systems is not a solution.

@flipkartsupport Disappointed with Flipkart. Order arrived in the city and stuck since 5 days and failed to deliver on expected delivery date and now date extended to 30th October. Absolutely horrible and ridiculous service. Better to Switch to @amazonIN
And @flipkartsupport@Flipkart customer care chat is world's most useless chat support ever. They are robotic humans, they don't have any authorities or any power to understand customer's issues. They sit with some template messages and reply one after another. Not recommended.
@BlueDartCares Bluedart means disappointment and harassment. Again I have ordered something and it was supposed get delivered with Bluedart but the delivery guy told he can't come to my address and I need to travel 2 km to his choice of place to get the order or he'll cancel.

@BlueDartCares He delivered just now but i had to go 3Km to his choice of address to get the parcel. Otherwise he could cancel it and he don't care he said. And the product was important for me. Improve you services Bluedart or else nobody will use it and boycott it completely.
