Hi Everyone,

This is unacceptable and deeply concerning.

On 30 Jan 2026, I placed a redeem order (Folio No - 78885834875) during market hours for 2089.362 units of Mirae Asset Gold & Silver Passive FoF – Direct Growth on the @_groww app.
Groww officially confirmed the order via email at 2.13Pm — and then REJECTED it at 11 PM without any notice, reason, or consent.

Because of Groww’s unilateral action, gold & silver prices have fallen and I’m now forced to hold at a loss — despite urgently needing my own money.

Middle-class retail investors put their hard-earned savings into mutual funds with trust.
If confirmed orders can be cancelled at will, then how is this not a breach of trust?
Who will compensate retail investors for such losses?

Please do Invest through trusted brokers.
