there’s no electricity in Belur Math area for the past 6 Hours. Raised multiple complaints with @CESCLimited but to no avail. Patients in my house are suffering. Pls help.

@dristodumno Yes I have lodged a complaint today ..you can't imagine the audacity of the customer care people they are challenging me to do whatever I want.For last 2 weeks they are harrassing me

@whirlpool_india Thanks for replying. Pls note that my old parents are also patients and they need the fridge to keep their medicines. Can't stress on the urgency enough.

@WhirlpoolCorp @WhirlpoolCare Shameful service. Bought fridge on 31-Mar, got a defective item. Cust Care refused to replace/repair till now+pathetic behavior of representative. Have old patients who can't make do w/o fridge. #ShameonWhirlpool #LostALoyalCustomer #SayNoToWhirlpool
