@Xexec_Corporate also there is only one number to call, they log an incident promising someone would call back but it is ridiculous no one ever calls back neither does anyone action the complaint.I will lose out on a good discount just because of them.Can someone look at this
@Xexec_Corporate most disappointing experience, firstly i was charged twice for a single purchase, complained a week back no action taken yet, yesterday recharged a gift card to purchase an offer today, it hasnt been recharged even though today is a working day.
This happened in the Durganagar Rabindra Sarani Branch Kol-700065 in Kolkata, West Bengal.Some action should be taken against such behaviour, senior citizens should be treated with respect & just not shooed away like they have done @MyIndianBank
@MyIndianBank extremely bad customer service experienced by my dad who is a senior citizen and a pension account holder in your bank.The lady branch manager harassed him & refused to get his passbook updated stating that it cannot be done without giving a proper explanation.

@BootsHelp We had submitted Day2 swab samples (BOOTS1025898) on 14/12 but still after 4 days there is no response .The SLA of 48 hours is a joke & trying to reach out to the customer care is even a bigger pain as they make you wait for 45 mins without any accountability
