@sainsburys Tried Master Credit & Visa Debit. I was told the whole store had a power cut around 8am this morning, it was around 5pm when I tried to collect my prescription. Used the same Visa Debit to pay for shopping at a normal till with no problem.

Could you pass on my disappointment at your Kiln Lane store. Went in to pick up my prescription and my card would not work at their tills. Yet the same card was able to pay for the items I picked up at a normal till. Nobody at customer services either. #frustrated

When you do online shopping for a week & your 2 milks only has 3 days including today on it. No short life, nothing said by the delivery driver. After making a phone call I was given a refund via an online voucher which means I have to do an online shop again.

@asda Shocking customer service at your Burgh Heath store today. I find a whole case of Adsa's Free From Pastry on the shelf dated 21st July 2018, I bring it to the attention of a staff member to be told well I didn't put it out. Make a complaint to a manager to be told she's new
