@descript Been trying to find a way to get help but you appear to have no support. You have been billing my son for a year post cancellation. Invoices stopped May 2022 and say now a free account - but you keep charging his visa. How do I make this stop?

@Xfinity just wasted 2 hours waiting for a tech visit after being lied to by your agent Kamal. Despite being told it was scheduled it was not. You are now saying Tuesday. Just when I think your service canβt get worse.
@cursedchildcan@Mirvish We did that but got bounced several times. Got in after about 2 hours of trying and were able to get tickets by entering the gift code again. At least we are good to go with our sonβs Christmas gift now
Massive massive FAIL @Mirvish if this is the process for people with preferred access how are you going to handle the public. Seems like our $$ given to you 2 years ago was wasted.
@Mirvish you ticket system is a disaster! It keeps crashing, emptying carts before paying, has gateway and unknown errors. How will you fix this for people who paid for access TWO YEARS AGO?? @CursedChildLDN
@cursedchildcan@Mirvish We got all the way to paying and our cart timed out and was emptied. Now we have 2000 people in front of us in line. You need to cancel all this and redo with a working system @mirvish
