@xycofox@BethesdaSupport@TESOnline I know that feeling well hun, they did the same to me in march, I spent a week putting tickets in and asking on here to be told I had to ask Sony directly for the refund, I got it sorted within an hour by Sony. Bethesda have been aware of this problem for a while.
@TESOnline Ggs to the group that completed it, but it's kind of sad that so many people are saying they can't do this content. We probably won't ever get the no death run, but we do intend to get all players from my guild through the dungeons and trial, regardless of level π
@scotte2022@TESOnline Why not? We have everyone in my guild that wants to do it in doing it, from seasoned ESO veterans to the guild puppies, all are doing it and having fun doing so.
@DZobria@TESOnline Of course you will, don't be intimidated by the endgamers, iv been taking mixed groups of older players and newer players (guild puppies) in, it's messy, but we are doing it as a group. It's slow at times but we are having fun doing it π
@GaelWinds So why do you have to put ticket into Bethesda support and not zenimax support? Bethesda is the game studios that write the software & do the updates....

@TESOnline Id love to participate, but as you have screwed me out of my ESO+ even though I have paid for 8 months, kind of makes this like everything else in-game a virtually impossible to do without ESO+ should have rolled over April 1st
