@BethesdaSupport@TESOnline Everything about ESO is broken. Last month I renewed my ESO+ and never got it. ESO reps cast the blame on Sony and the Players. Tons of players affected and have yet to be refunded. 8 years of playing the game I finally gave it up. It pisses me off to even see the game.

@Scootson__@bethesda@ZeniMax_Online No not currently, as of 5/3/26 my ESO Plus became active in game, however @BethesdaSupport will not respond wether or not they will reimburse me for the 26 days lost. I paid for 1 mo, usually I go for the year subscription, but after this it's unlikely I'll ever renew again..

@ZeniMax_Online Jo, if you truly want to make a difference in this game, first look at ALL of the reported bugs and fix them. I sat 28 days not being able to play the game because of a issue between Zenimax and PlayStation, or your account servers due to my ESO+ subscription not getting renewed.
@tomi_matsu_ A lot of us aren't playing because 1000's of players paid/renewed their ESO Plus subscriptions and never got it.. The account servers went offline 2-3 weeks ago for "maintenance" and no one was notified until a week later..
