@VictoriaPlumUK it says a lot when your customer services team are also your complaints team! I’ve been told that I can’t change the mirror in my vanity and mirror “set” as the mirror was delivered correctly. Can’t have it both ways it’s a set, two colours. Not correct!

@virginmedia I’m sorry but I’m not wasting any more time. Just had a bill email through. Still zero response from the WhatsApp. Just ignoring it, you can chase for money for a service I no longer have. Rest assured I will never be coming back!
@virginmedia I’ve tried to call to cancel multiple times but can’t hang on the long for as long as it takes to get through. I’ll be cancelling my direct debit instead. Even the council and water companies have an online form I can fill out. Why are you forcing me to call??

@virginmedia No, all done via agent then at the point of saying I would be put through it went straight back to the start and I’ve heard nothing since.
@virginmedia Went through the whole process via WhatsApp including onward address. I was going to comment on how efficient (if clunky it was) only for it to then go back to asking me what I wanted. I have no idea if my account closure has progressed. None!

@NatWest_Help expect to lose a long standing customer. I’ve spent all afternoon trying to resolve an issue that is your fault. Nothing like paying for services you aren’t receiving (and not knowing until you need them). Couldn’t even get through to complaints after a 40min call!

@BarclaysUKHelp I found this website all by myself and the number was the one I used and got repeatedly cut off from. I don’t have the Barclays app and I can’t easily get into a branch. On the plus side for you I guess it makes the number of complaints you get nice and low!!
@BarclaysUKHelp Called up twice now to try and make a complaint. Got cut off once and the second time half way through my explanation there was no reply just silence. And the service I have an issue with is you trying to keep my Mums money after she died! Angry doesn’t cover it!
