@Airtel_Presence Such a bad experience with Airtel, completely non responsive customer care as well as on ground personnel. Sudden outage for a scheduled maintenance that lasted 2 days! Impacting meetings, scheduled workshops. And absolutely no communication even till now!
@airtelnews@airtelindia how does your SLA work, or are they a joke? No internet the entire day, and time to fix keeps moving. Only in India you can get away with such shoddy service. Does @TRAI not monitor these things?
@Airtel_Presence The 5:30 pm fix time has also been slipped. Please route this to the nodal officer to escalate the issue, it's now 2 days without functioning internet.

@IncomeTaxIndia I did, got responses in line of "this is your problem, now live with it". Considering <10% of the population actually pays taxes, it's sad that we are treated so badly.
@IncomeTaxIndia form I filed 10 IEA and it shows re entering. I have not been on New Regime, so “re-entering” does not make sense. How can the same form be used for 2 completely different things? Please help fix this, it is giving me an error at the time of submission.
@KotakBankLtd still no resolution to my credit card woes. Getting random calls for limit update and loan against credit card, but the conversation with a customer service agreeing to annual fee waiver is still in limbo. Please check!
@KotakBankLtd All I wanted @KotakBankLtd and @udaykotak was not to use this card, cancel it, refund my paid fees and let me be on my way. I already have my accounts with the bank, am happy with that. Credit card experience is not great, I want to close it. But NO!
The worst and random experience with @KotakBankLtd@udaykotak I reached out for a credit card annual fee reversal, after multiple back & forth, they confirmed it will be done by Monday last week. Now the team keeps saying this DID NOT HAPPEN! I asked for transcript. Cont'd
@KotakBankLtd I don’t want to use a Kotak White card I have. Annual fee is applied on it. Been trying to get the fee reversed and card cancelled. Please help.
