Lamb is the meat from sheep under 12 months of age. Anything from animals over 12 months of age isn’t lamb. The analyst is using the correct language here. @BatterySgt @blaiklockBP @CTS_uk0 @RedTractorFood They have made it clear. If the meat in the packet has the RT logo the animal it comes from has been stunned before slaughter. How clearer can that be. There is variation between the halal cert bodies, some permitting a stun (which RT allow) & some don’t. Simple as that
