I work with MDs and midwives who are great and are thankful this technology exists to help their patients

A third trimester scan is typically done for position, growth, amniotic fluid levels and placenta health.
Ultrasounds have saved many fetuses by detecting growth restriction, dangerously low fluid levels and placenta failure

The 32 week is to usually to monitor growth, position, placenta and amniotic fluid.
