Federal authorities arrested U.S. postal worker Ottis McCoy for allegedly dumping over 1,000 pieces of mail, including political mailings and an election ballot into the woods instead of delivering them on his Orlando, Florida, mail carrier route.

A Postal Inspector with the United States Postal Inspection Service began obtained surveillance video from a nearby resident that allegedly shows McCoy arriving at the wooded lot in his post office van.
