These are the independent businesses and familiar places that make a community — once they’re gone, they’re not always easy to replace 💔 @hillingdon https://t.co/vINWS3keQ3

Caffè Nero seriously needs a good revamp!

Just received my Vinted parcel in a red bin liner. What fantastic packaging 😒 Lucky there were no rips! Absolutely disgusting!

@cutiexpied These are soooo old already!

@asknacex_ Managed to connect with Portugal’s customer service who helped. Thanks for reaching out though 👍🏻

[Debbinha @debbinhapinto]

Terrible customer service at @nacex_ !!!! No one can help me locate my parcel!

What’s happening with @vinted right now? This has been ongoing since yesterday. All filters are down! @vintedUK #VintedIssue

@comentadeira00 Felicidades!!!! ♥️

Really disappointed with @PhilipsCare - My PerfectCare Elite GC9630 purchased in March 2023 has stopped producing steam after under 3 years. The only options offered were a £135 repair or a 15% voucher to buy another one. Surely a premium steam generator iron should last longer?

Very disappointing service at the @Guerlain counter @HeathrowAirport T5 Being told off for spraying a tester (and some landing on the counter) is not acceptable. Luxury brand, but not a luxury experience! #BadCustomerService
