@flipkartsupport I had purchased your product, a 47 litre tower cooler in 2022. Along with it, I had purchased an additional 2 years extended warranty. Oneassist denied saying rust in the motor. You guys said there is no paid service. I am stuck buying your product. I will move to the media now.

Do not buy any product from Flipkart. It doesn't have any brand service centre and neither you will get a service from one assist if you buy an extended warranty which Flipkart encourages you to buy along with the product for their customers peace of mind
