Abdul El-Sayed on Trump: “He’s busy trying to figure out the colors on the drapes or fix the reflecting pool which he can’t even do. At the end of the day I am everything he fears. We are going to stand up to him. We are going to take him on. We are going to subpoena all of his officials. We are going to fight for the affordability that he doesn’t even care to fight for”
Donald Trump fell asleep on live tv for approximately forty seconds straight during a Monday afternoon Oval Office meeting, and all of it was captured on camera.
Biden never did this. https://t.co/Hyw8Z9DI2z
Warnock: I don’t know how you hold hands with your fellow legislators and say a long prayer and then vote to cut a trillion dollars out of Medicaid.
There ought to be a connection between what you say on Sunday and what you do on Monday.
BREAKING: Constitution loophole Found that guarantees Democrats the White House for decades
Trump could be the LAST Republican President to ever hold the White House
This is huge: New polling shows Democrat Brian Poindexter up 8 points against embattled alleged wife beater Max Miller. This would be a major flip. In 2024, it was an R+15 district. Woah.
BREAKING: "I am everything he fears!" Dr. Abdul El-Sayed mocks Trump's failed presidency and his disastrous Reflecting Pool "renovations" in a scathing takedown.
This man is EXACTLY the kind of fighter that Democrats have been praying for...
"People in Michigan can't afford their groceries. People in Michigan are paying $5 for gas. People in Michigan are struggling to pay their rent," El-Sayed said during an appearance on journalist Jim Acosta's podcast.
"And this man, he got elected to office saying he was gonna fix all that, but instead he kicked off a war to raise our gas prices even higher," the Senate candidate continued. "He's busy trying to figure out the colors on the drapes or fix the Reflecting Pool, which he can't even do. And so yeah, he's going to try and fearmonger about me, but the question really is about him."
"Every single day he talks about me, we're winning, because at the end of the day, I am everything he fears," said El-Sayed. "So we are going to stand up to him. We are going to take him on."
"We are going to subpoena all of his officials."
"We are going to fight for the affordability that he doesn't even care to fight for."
"We're going to get money out of politics."
"We're going to put money in your pocket."
"We're gonna pass Medicare for All, and we're gonna beat his handpicked Republican, Mike Rogers," he concluded.
This is what a winning message sounds like. El-Sayed is absolutely right that Trump talking about him will only help him win. Every time that the so-called President lobs some unconvincing "communist" smear at him or pushes some cheap Islamophobic attack, it gives El-Sayed a spotlight to fire back, and then pivot to talking about kitchen table issues.
Because the truth is, Donald Trump doesn't care about affordability. He's dismissed it as a hoax and now spends all of his time obsessing over his White House ballroom, or his ugly gold statues, or his Reflecting Pool screwup.
Meanwhile, Democrats like El-Sayed are talking about affordable healthcare, childcare, and housing. They're talking about cutting off funding for Israel's genocide in Gaza so that we can spend those tax dollars here, helping working-class people. They're talking about things that really matter to voters.
And that terrifies Republicans.
Please ❤️ and share if you could picture Dr. El-Sayed running for President one day!
I used to laugh at this shit, especially since this fucker STILL calls Joe Biden "Sleepy Joe," but this is a problem.
He can't make sound decisions half-asleep.
If you don't invoke the 25th Amendment for this, it should NEVER be invoked for ANYONE.
Pete Buttigieg wants to scrap the Electoral College for a national popular vote.
He asks: “What if everybody’s vote just counted the same?”
I’m with Pete. Each and every one of our voices should be heard and counted 💯
Our message is simple.
Trump’s corruption and incompetence is losing the war - and as a result gas and food prices are skyrocketing.
The November election a referendum to end the war.
