@WestMidRailway I took the 8.55am train from Chester rd to university this morning, I have no idea who the announcer was on the train but I want to say thank you, he made me smile 😊 a lot 😃

@RoyalCaribbean issues not resolved 1. Never actioned special request medical form2. No transfers 3. First room was 5 decks away from travelling companions as #1 not actioned 4. Paid drinks package removed 2 days b4 boarding 5. Cases delivered to wrong room 6. No housekeeping ?

@RoyalCaribbean issues not resolved 1. Never actioned special request medical form2. No transfers 3. First room was 5 decks away from travelling companions as #1 not actioned 4. Paid drinks package removed 2 days b4 boarding 5. Cases delivered to wrong room 6. No housekeeping ?

@RoyalCaribbean @corinacorinap So someone is working @RoyalCaribbean why are you not addressing all the issues I experienced and giving no explanation??

@corinacorinap @RoyalCaribbean Their customer service is atrocious I have come back from a cruise recently with numerous problems that ruined my experience and they ignore every message or tweet I wouldn’t cruise with them again !!
