A man called FOX5's Rant & Rave line and said his sister, who has been dead for five years, received a voter registration mailer.
Our Joe Vigil reports. “How come she’s getting voting mail or registration mail, and she passed away some time ago? Doesn’t anybody check that?”

So the thing they say never happens happened. Mailed to me for my deceased mother in law (2020) and you can just “attest” she is a citizen. She was a citizen and her voting status was terminated in California after she passed . Wtg Clark county! Pass the Save Act! @RealSKeshel@FSociety_1942@catturd2@Kimberlyrja8
@Kimberlyrja8@YoungKimCA She was my congressman before we moved - very Rino (y)
She votes exactly the same as Kevin Kiley - when you wish she would stand for something she doesn’t - not terrible - she has leaned further right lately because of the election
I once wanted to get my valuables out of my safety deposit box and was told I had to make an appointment with a banker to get my stuff and the earliest was in 3 days - customer for over 40 years- Hated to do it but threw a hissy fit and started crying that my mother died and needed the stuff for the funeral - it worked
@Maren_Angus Thank you for good reporting and to get to the bottom of this ! I was once a LL president and couldn’t fathom how this happened - starting to make sense- super sad the entire state of Oklahoma only has 5 chartered leagues
Bristol was always one of Kyle’s favorite tracks. He loved racing under the lights, found so much success there, and the iconic M&M’S car holds some of the best memories of his career and our life together.
Going back without him will be heartbreaking. He should be there. But I’m so grateful to be able to tell you that those iconic M&M’S colors will be coming back to Bristol, one last time, on the 54 car. It’s a chance to honor him at a place he loved so much, surrounded by our NASCAR family and the fans who loved him too. I know Kyle would want us to be there, to keep showing up, keep racing, and keep carrying his legacy forward.
We hope you’ll join us at Bristol as we celebrate Kyle, the incredible legacy he left behind, and the love he had for racing that will always be a part of our family. ❤️🏁
