Disgusted travelodge customer service. Due to travel to M4 Swansea tonight. Phoned 1:30pm to ask to amend my booking as all roads cut off in Framlingham in Suffolk due to flooding. Police declared major incident. Told cut of 12pm & too late to amend. No response to complaint!
