@FlyFrontier I just flew from Dallas to Denver yesterday and I wanted to let you know how lovely, courteous and kind your flight staff was! I filled in a post flight survey but it didn’t ask about my in-flight experience so I wanted to let you know here how amazing they were!

@Tamara_Elliott @WestJet Two separate one way flights, both Ultra Basic on @WestJet. Last week I flew home from Victoria and yesterday I flew to Denver. No issues with my personal item coming home from YYJ but BIG issues, aside from the cost, trying to take it with me on the flight to DEN

Hey, @WestJet , you know what’s fun? Having to pay nearly $150 at the gate to check the same bag/personal item you were able to fly w/ just 6 days ago. Same fare, same bag, different day, different rule.
