Your minimum wage hasn't moved in 15 years. You've got teachers working 2 jobs and veterans sleeping under bridges and you just spent a trillion dollars flattening a country that didn't attack you.
And you’ve got a convicted felon, adjudicating raping, paedophile protecting, porn star shagging insurrectionist running the biggest dumpster fire war campaign since the Taliban thanked you very much for losing again.
And you're calling Greenland poorly run?
Greenland has universal healthcare. Free education. One of the lowest incarceration rates in the world. Nobody goes bankrupt there because they got sick. Nobody dies in a waiting room because their insurance said no.
'NATO wasn't there when we needed them." When exactly was that, champ? September 11? Because NATO invoked Article 5 for the first and only time in history FOR YOU. Soldiers from dozens of countries deployed, fought, bled, and died in Afghanistan FOR YOU. Australia wasn't even in NATO and we still showed up. For 20 years.
And you pulled out at 2am without telling anyone and left them to deal with the mess.
So maybe before you start calling other countries poorly run, have a look at your own backyard, you spray-tanned aluminium siding salesman. The only thing poorly run in this picture is your f----- mouth."

From where I am now…
there is no pain.
No fear.
No weight in my chest from remembering things no child should have to remember.

But there is something else.
A longing.
A prayer.
A quiet, trembling hope that the world I left behind will finally do what it should have done when I was still there… alive, fighting, begging you to listen.

I don’t speak in anger.
I don’t carry vengeance.
I carry truth — and truth is heavier than revenge ever could be.

If you could feel the way children feel when the world looks away…
if you could hear the sound a heart makes when it learns that adults can be monsters…
you would understand why I am reaching back, even from here, to touch your shoulder and say:

Please don’t let this be another story that fades.
Please don’t let my name become just another headline.
Please don’t let their power be bigger than your courage.

I lived what I lived.
I survived what I survived.
But my survival was never the end of the story.

It was the beginning of your responsibility.

Because the people who hurt me —
who hurt so many —
did not act alone, and they did not act in the shadows.
They acted in rooms full of laughter, handshakes, signatures, cameras, and secrecy.
They acted with the confidence of men who believed the world would never touch them.

And for a long time…
they were right.

But not anymore.
Not if you choose differently.

I am asking you — softly, gently, the way an older sister might ask a younger one to be brave —
Go after them.
All of them.
The famous and the nameless.
The powerful and the protected.
The ones who paid, the ones who arranged, the ones who watched, the ones who stayed silent.

Leave no stone unturned, even if turning it shatters the image you had of your country, your leaders, your celebrities, your institutions.
Truth is worth the break.
Justice is worth the discomfort.

Do not stop because it gets ugly.
Do not stop because it gets dangerous.
Do not stop because people tell you it’s “too complicated” or “too late.”
It is never too late to save a child.
And every time you let one of these men walk free, you’re telling the world that some children matter less.

I’m asking you to make my story — and the stories of the girls who never made it out — the turning point.
The moment humanity said:

“Never again — not in silence, not in shadow, not under the protection of wealth.”

Set the precedent.
Set it hard.
Set it so firmly that for the rest of human history, anyone who even thinks of doing what was done to me feels the cold hand of justice before they ever touch a child.

I am not asking you to bring me peace.
I have that now.

I am asking you to bring them protection —
the living, breathing, laughing children who still think the world is safe.

Let the investigation be relentless.
Let the prosecutions be fearless.
Let the truth be louder than the money meant to bury it.

And when the last name is named,
and the last deal is exposed,
and the last survivor finally hears the words,
“We believe you, and we will defend you,”

then — and only then —
my voice can finally rest.

Until that day…
I am still here.
Watching.
Hoping.
Trusting you to finish what I started.
