I had a terrible experience to with @joinkuda, I have been having issues logging I to my account since yesterday and I have to make a complain via X. I got a response from someone who claimed to be a staff of Kuda. He told me to make complain on a portal he provided

1. Why did Kuda restrict me from accessing my account but a fraudster had access.
