@royalairmaroc Miami airport on the 18th August around 9pm to 10pm at baggage claim point tagged number 6. The lady is not tall, she’s white and a little chubby. She was wearing your uniform! She took other people’s details that night too! Each time I rant about this incident, I hurt… 😢

Your official that I logded my complaint to didn’t tell me I need to be given a PR. I didn’t know either as i don’t have an experience of an airline loosing my baggage. You can’t pin this on me. I need my box. This is depressing for me. I am not able to move on. 🥺
