@Budget Disregard, per your DM it’s a full refund. Thank you. I spoke to someone else over the phone and they said I could change the drop off location at the airport when I pick up without fee. He wouldn’t provide any type of proof that this would be possible so I was uneasy about it.

@Budget HORRIBLE experience, rude customer service. Your website glitched after asking me to sign in again and changed my reservation. I called two minutes later and told I have to pay $50 to cancel or $110 to rebook because the vehicle I need wasn’t available for the drop I need

@loanDepot this is crazy. I’m stuck in limbo on closing on our home and I’ve had to cancel all appointments and deliveries with no estimated new date. There has to be a way to get our closing done, we sent our money Friday and weren’t notified until 2hours before close on Monday.
