@AskKlarna@Klarna I have spoken to your representatives online and on the phone (after a 30 minutes wait) it does not change that your processes are insufficient to protect people from opening false accounts and taking credit out in my name
@Klarna I have had someone open an account with you in my name because you have such low barriers for information to be provide. I call on the weekend to close this and your fraud team is not available, I then call today and cannot get through and your online team can't help
