I vomited blood. My body filled with fluid.

They put a tube in my chest for dialysis. A doctor told my family to prepare for the end.

I was too weak to speak much. In my mind I prayed, I cried and cried.

God give me my kidneys back.”

Days later the numbers started rising. Scans showed function returning.

They took me off the machine. Five years later I have no dialysis and no transplant.

There was a point when 90% of @JusticeSremSai’s legal practice was consumed by how many cases I was facing.

He worked tediously for me for years without me paying him a single pesewa. He fuelled his own car; filed his own papers; covered every little penny. When he had a law firm to feed

This man was the true stop gap between me today and me being convicted of treason felony! Despite all the Government threw at it.

And despite all of this, even though we have great disagreements; he never once told me, because your views hurt my politics I can’t help. Or because you disagree with me; you should shut up! Or you should tone down. Or you should make yourself smaller.

He never once interfered!!! Maybe one day, he will tell his own stories about how many people called him to drop me; walk away from me. To advise him to advise me.

For me, he is not a friend but a lifelong brother. Till date, my mother calls me every other week to ask that he wants to bring him fish from the village to thank him. 🤣. I keep having to telling her, the man doesn’t know how to cook. 😁

There is no room I would enter and not speak life into this man. May he succeed! May he live longer than destiny even intended for him!

Properties such as these can be sold at a fair market price of $150,000. That will even get you a ready buyer on the Land deals platform. No real estate dealer will purchase this for 50% discount. It seems desperate and a desperate property seller is a red flag.

In land due diligence, a buyer must research and verify ownership, check the lands commission to determine if there are any competing claims to the same property, arrange for an independent valuation of the property, check for court cases, fraud reports at the nearest police station and do a background check on the seller.

If someone is going to sell you a 5 bedroom almost completed property at 50% discount do the necessary checks. Even for $90,000 banks will be willing to give such loans and use the building and land as collateral. You can apply for a mortgage as long as all your papers are correct and there are no suspicions.

It’s is not a personal attack on your sale. It’s your property and I’ll share it online on my pages. However I’m just distributing legal knowledge to the public. Thanks

Reparations must start with treating visa applicants like human beings with dignity.

All embassies must provide a sheltered waiting area for visa applicants.

It is completely undignifying to see our citizens line up street corners, exposed to the elements, because some embassy thinks it fair to allow people gather outside.

I have lived in many countries outside Africa; applied for visas in those countries, I have no experience of any of them treating visa applicants like trash. Here on the continent, they take the craziest of liberties with our people.

Ghana must end this! Happy Nkrumah birthday to you all.
