@WCRaustler First job was babysitting in the 90s (I was a mid teen). I was only allowed to charge $3 per hour as my parents didn’t want me to overcharge. I was so discouraged as many of my friends got to charge $10 🥺 looking back it was cruel to charge so little.
I am angry that I am the first generation in my family to lose a constitutional right, because of Donald Trump. Abortion rights are on the ballot and the women of this country are going to vote accordingly.
This is a long post so beware.
Some of y’all need to quit list shaming!!! We know the needs of our classroom and our students, you do not! If we want decorations for our classroom and put it on our list, that’s okay!! Making our classroom nice and inviting is okay with anything we want to put in it! A child needs a warm and inviting classroom and teachers foot the bill for all of that. The public’s help literally can change an entire classrooms vibe. Clear the lists was created for teachers to put whatever they want on their list that will help their students in some way. I know what a classroom with literally nothing looks like and as a child, that is not where I would want to learn. But you give a teacher the supplies and/or decorations she wants or needs and she/he will make it amazing!!!! So please stop list shaming!!!
