@elonmusk@LeoKearse Elon....please pipe down. We really don't want your brand of insane right wing nonsense polluting our countries conversation any more. Stick to polluting your own countries conversation please.
Funny how Suella Braverman called the almost 100% peaceful protest events for the people of #Gaza ‘hate marches’ but she seems to have absolutely nothing to say about violent English Nazi terrorism, some of which she legitimised.
A complete disgrace to politics and her country.
It’s now a familiar pattern: a violent attack, innocent people are killed, and X is set alight with unfounded - and often incorrect - accusations about the assailant's identity.
My analysis on social media’s role fanning the flames of Southport riots. https://t.co/O4sEm4wVEo
@richardosman Just listening to this- with regard to the BBC and how it changes- no one mentions BBC Sounds? I don't watch linear TV much now, but would pay the licence fee simply for the brilliant quality podcasts on there.
@___aishhh Try living up north, where shops and cafes bang up tight at 5.30pm and all you have left are pubs and restaurants. Staying in London last summer and couldn't believe how vibrant it was at 9pm...
Brilliant Poscast. Can't help but feel when we take an interest in other cultures and importantly how our history is seen through their prism, we have a more rounded view of the world.

@CPAC@trussliz Erm, Americans, I can categorically state that most of the UK is generally embarrassed by this woman..she lasted less than 2 months, in which time she broke the economy. She did. Not a nefarious left wing conspiracy. Her.
@campbellclaret Ah, I see now - GBNews is the propaganda arm of the Conservative party. I suppose it beats the party political broadcasts that sneak up on you when you are expecting The One Show- I can carry on avoiding GBNews.
@CarolineLucas Well...that will make for interesting Conflict of Interest Declarations but I don't think it's 'dodgy'. You can't stop someone getting a job based on what their spouse does.
@CartoonGravity The case of Charles Dexter Ward was the first podcast I had ever listened to, and got me hooked onto them thereafter. But these dramas are still my absolute favorites. May they long continue!
There's a new series of The Lovecraft Investigations out on @BBCSounds
Written and directed by Julian Simpson (@CartoonGravity), it brings the stories of horror legend H.P. Lovecraft into a sprawling modern universe
Have you been listening? 📢

@JuliaHB1 Neither offer a good example of grown up debate, .. but if I must choose I'd rather someone aired their views about my actions than views that reduce me down to something to shag or not.
@brit_battleaxe@spikedonline@GBNEWS Good lord- thanks Christine, I will enjoy explaining to my 4 year old daughter why, in 20 years, she has to put up with open misogyny in her life. Because people like you let it once again drip like poison into the mainstream.
@piersmorgan That's just typical sad bloke speak. Most women have heard a form of that speech most of their lives. What worries me more is how is now apparently allowed on an allegedly 'serious' news channel...
