What happened to the role of nurse advocate for the elderly, young and vulnerable?
So damaging for the profession and so worrying for potential patients and their families.
The fear of needing care from our current NHS

@drclaudia_p People are saying they buy their own , they shouldn’t have too!! MPs have travel , accomodation and meal allowances!! NHS staff are just asking for a decent working environment for their patients and themselves!!

@drclaudia_p So sorry to read this. I’m retired now but think constantly of how hard it must be for “NHS remainders”
The service has been systematically destroyed over the years and patients and staff suffer daily as a result .
