@mrblairbowman I’m all for minimum standards for gin - in Australia we have standards of barrel aging. Why not for non aged spirits. Let’s face it there so many “pink gins” that are just pink colouring and sugar with very little juniper - very low cost and riding on the Gin popularity wave.
