Really, @Truist? My 5 month CD matured this week and I don’t get any interest because the staff told me that if I didn’t come into a branch, it would just roll over at current rates? And that gave me .00005 interest? After 20 years of being a loyal customer?

@Truist Truist paid me .05% instead of 5% just because we couldn’t go into a branch! We lost more money today than at any other bank ever.

@Truist you really renewed my 5 month CD at .05%? I couldn’t get to a branch where you offered 4.6% Very shady! And branch doesn’t care at all.
