I got duplicate hits on my bobcard rupay credit card for a failed transaction followed by a successful one. Ticket no. 15121282 was created for it 6 days ago. Not received response. Mailed back today and it created another ticket. Look into it ASAP please.

@IndiGo6E Your refund counts for zilch. My flight cancellation notification came in just now. There is no other flight from any carrier for tomorrow. The cheapest flight day after starts at 42000.

I placed a dominos order at 3:24 PM. Was supposed to be delivered in 20 mins. It's been 1.5 hours now. Zero assistance from swiggy. Unable to reach dominos outlet, delivery executive. Swiggy support says (1/n)
They are unable to do anything. Cancel, refund, compensate nothing. Handed over the outlet and delivery partner numbers to me and left it there. I wanted to talk to the Swiggy supervisor, the executive promised to hand it over but has not done that too.
2 days back my Amazon fresh delivery executive asked me to come to the main road to collect the package (the main road being 200m away from my residence). While on several other instances they simply leave the package unattended in the parking even in the absence of our security.

Your delivery services are deteriorating at a rapid pace in Bangalore. I ordered an item on 20th May and received it on the same date. It was defective so i ordered a replacement immediately. The replacement got auto-cancelled on 23rd May stating (1/n)
None of the resolutions provided are really acceptable. The app isn't showing proper updates either. Wonder what went wrong with Amazon's services and if it's a Bangalore thing or pan-India. Your delivery agents no longer provide door-step delivery either. (5/n)
