@travolook I was told I will get my refund within 15 days, it’s been 25 days and I’ve still not received it. The razor pay portal shows no refund initiated. If I don’t get my refund, I am reporting this company as cyber fraud.

@travolook I had booked a flight on 20th August but was informed that the seats are full and that I would be refunded the entire amount by this week. I have not yet received the refund. Do the needful, or else I will report a cyber fraud case.

@flyspicejet I was covid positive at the time when I was supposed to fly from Delhi to Bengaluru in May during the peak of the second wave. I wanted a full refund but instead my tickets were cancelled. Please help, customer care numbers are not reachable.
