@Stagecoach_West hi how long is 13 in Bristol on divert? As we're getting stuck in a lot more traffic so running really late. I think it'd be better to take Redland Grove across to Cotham Brow rather than going to just 1 stop on Cheltenham rd as its already missing other stops

@Stagecoach_West Ok. Could you change the divert though, as per my earlier message, as going onto Cheltenham Road added another 5+ minutes of traffic, when the divert had already made the bus quite late. Thanks

@Stagecoach_West It didn't come, I waited a few minutes but didnt have time to wait very long today so I went and got a different bus. This bus has been odd on the app yesterday & today - it shows as due 2 minutes early but there isn't a bus shown on the map and it doesn't turn up. Any ideas? Thx

@Stagecoach_West hi, is the 13 into Bristol centre running this morning as it's not showing on the map on the app? This is the one that should get to Kellaway crescent at 7.59 which should have left Shirehampton already. Thanks

@Stagecoach_West hi, the 7.59 13 into Bristol centre keeps being over 10 mins late to Kellaway Crescent. According to the app map it's staying at southmead hospital for a long time. Is there any reason for this? I'm otherwise really pleased with the service. Thanks

@FirstBSA Thanks. I think it would have been good to refer to this ongoing diversion in the press release and on your website page rather than just linking to the timetable that isn't correct while the divert is on. Any chance your web page could be updated to not confuse others?

@FirstBSA how do I get a refund for 2 trip tickets bought on the app? I didn't read the small text about only buying 1 per day and so bought 10 today (as I usually do with single tickets). The app let me & had no limit or extra message. So Ive 9 unused tickets expiring tomorrow!

@FirstBSA the 4 double deckers parked without drivers at the C6 Broad Quay stop in the centre are completely blocking it. So a 76 had to stop so far down we couldn't see it was there & we all had to rush down to it. Can they be moved ASAP please?

@FirstBSA how are buses affected by the Redcliffe Bascule Bridge closure in Bristol? I can't find any info on your website but was caught out this morning when a 73 to Temple meads didn't go to the centre and Broad Quay! But followed a diversion instead. Thanks
