@obviouswts @CA_EDD I've been waiting since Dec. 16. I've certified 4 times now and still nothing. I got a note from them saying they are still verifying my ID even though I submitted it on 1/14. I called and was told I would be set as a "hardship case" and still nothing. This is crazy.
