@terrychristian Did he? I am sure you will have evidence of that. Please present it, otherwise the whole world will think you are a stupid wanker. As well as a nonce enabler.
@wendlingere49 Who is he judged by? What a stupid post. He was so fantastic that Churchill beat him at the next election. Just another Labour politician that left office with more people on the dole queue than when he came in. Which is damning as we had a shortage of labour and had to rebuild.
@McardleTrevor If you start from a position where everything was much worse than it should have been, it is very easy to dress things up as marvellous. Of course, the fact that things are still much worse than they were before can, conveniently, be brushed under the carpet. Smoke and mirrors.
@bottomley50@jfranklynh@UKLabour Labour eats itself, only the names change. Always has, always will. The only fools are those that think it will be different next time and mean while the country loses as a whole. Every single time.
@BWallArthur Certainly increasing the debt.
And interest on that debt.
And the Welfare payout.
And Energy Bills.
I could go on but there are too many to mention and these increases alone are really welcome to absolutely no one.
@mandelslime@simon_watkins Don't waste your breath mate. By his own logic, refer him to the mid 70's and I am sure he will concede the point graciously.
@Anniepop2027@GordonMcKeeMP@BBCPolitics ALL Labour's "Fully Costed, Fully Funded" promises were based on an assumed and regular growth of 2.5% p.a. Tell, me, how far behind that are we so far?
@kennygfrederick I suspect the #tenyearkeir will not be used on here for much longer. All the useful idiots and those in receipt of the e-mails from Central Office will soon be using "decent man" "hounded out" "media bias" etc etc etc very soon.
