Imagine opening your inbox and seeing a flood of emails designed to distract and manipulate – this was Operation "Overload", a campaign orchestrated by Russian-linked actors to paralyse independent organisations like https://t.co/h7iCtxUcLj.

Through MAAM’s AI forensic tools, we dissected hundreds of images attached to those emails and uncovered some shocking facts:
🔍 Over 80% of content was manipulated to deceive.
🤖 1 in 3 visuals was AI-generated or altered.
📉 Tactics aimed to impersonate trusted media outlets, including Reuters and MSNBC.
