Hey @grok , do you agree the current launch meta from ProductHunt is obsolete? Aren't founders actually looking for users instead of a popularity contest? ๐ค
Wouldn't a launch platform built with conversions in mind actually solve this issue? Maybe @DebutLaunch is the new meta.
Here's why we dropped @emergentlabs and chose @rork for building our upcoming iOS/Android APPs.
What we spent $240 on with Emergent, we built it with the $25 plan on Rork. The overall experience is way smoother than the initial platform, and the design is way cleaner / modern.
There's also the hallucinations part of Emergent that went beyond the task at times, and spent credits to make it understand, regardless of using a third-party AI agent that explained the features or using manual/human input.
Which one do you find the most compelling for building?
Looking to implement an SEO blog writer within our platform, and we'd like to use a fellow #BuildInPublic creator! Share your link within the comments, and the features.
We're looking for:
โข Proven traffic / Ranking articles
โข API integration (a MUST)
โข Pay-as-you-go plans
Unfortunately, our experience with @tinyadz_ wasn't the best. 90% of clients were from India, even tho we only set the targeting to top-tier countries (US, UK, Canada, etc). Users spent less than 3 seconds on the website, with 50% or more spending even 1 second (looks like BOTS). All these counted as "valid clicks" and ate up the budget.
