@Lminkaeel @OPay_NG Even with Court Order/Affidavit, Opay couldn't retrieve the N20K that I erroneously transferred to someone. The guy keeps insisting that he no longer use Opay. He said the money is with Opay.

@OPay_NG @OPayNigeria Hello Opay! I've complained severally about the erroneous transfer of N20,000 I did on 19th January, 2026. I contacted the recipient. He said he's no longer using Opay. He said it's only Opay that can refund my money. Please I need your urgent assistance on this matter. Thanks.

@OPaySupport I mistakenly transferred N20,000 into this account details: Suru Methoji Wusu - 9048669094 on Monday, 19/01/26. I notified the recipient immediately, and also notified the customer service through Opay App. But nothing has been done up till now
