Does anybody know if I should keep fasting?

I’ve tried fasting and omad but I feel like fasting ends with me binging bc my hunger builds up a ridiculous amount but omad I feel fine but like I’m not making any progress👀🫰

Managed to skip the mandatory family dinner and have successfully made it past 24 hours🥳 current goal is 48 but lowk im feeling great

How do people avoid breaking there fasts for family dinners? I can’t go more than 24 hours since I’m expected to sit down to eat every night🫩
