By your standards being trans in a sport takes more than just identifying as a woman. By my standards no man no mater what should be in womens sports. By others Ive heard and talk to for years simply saying you are a woman is enough. This argument is generally not for people that have your argument but the others.

Do you understand what people are doing with supporting this. They are pointing out the ridiculous and arbitrary way these rules world view is.

there's a billion director job, art, world, sound, everytime of gameplay,etc, they are basically the stake holder for their department. Those directors have a director on top of them, usually a creative director who control all visual/narrative aspect of the game, and a Game director, which control all gameplay aspect of a game. They makes all the core decision and create the vision for the game. Those directors have a Senior productor which is basically the big boss of a project.

Every directors has his productor, productor are in charge of money, so the budget, the employee count, the promotions, the bonus, the timeline.

Under all that, you have the lead and the project manager. Which manage specifics. For exemple a world director will have maybe 5 teams underhim, all with a lead and a project manager (which job is to work closely with the employee to manage their time)

In indie, it's way simplier, you have 1 producer, 2 directors (art and gameplay), 1 project manager who deal with all department and leads. all of those usually work on more then a project at the same time.
