I know you're still ironing out all of the video, so great job in advance for this mountain of work. I wanted to bring up that you intentionally don't input ledge options until the fifth frame. I'm sure you'll explain everything in your future video. I was just curious.
I was confused at first, though. I was going to share that the gleam effect doesn't appear in Lucario's ledge attack until on frame 8. My first watch and skipping frames with my spacebar showed the gleam on frame 12, which spooked me.

Recreating this with Shulk must be frame-perfect, and it only works during uninterruptible animations (e.g. ledge-snap, tripping, being grabbed).

I was able to hover Smash Art during its cooldown during the dial like you did, but after doing it once.. I haven't been able to replicate it again. Very strange indeed.
Spot dodge is considered a self-uninterruptible. So that's a step.
