But that doesn’t mean entirely getting rid of the grid, it just means they can run off only mega packs and solar if they wanted. I assume it has to do with pricing during those times they do pull from grid, may be more cost beneficial to pull the small load from the grid and not discharge the mega packs than to solely run mega packs while solar isn’t able to charge them.
