@JamesPearceLFC Yesterday showed that when the team pressed and transitioned at speed, they caused the other team problems. Backpassing and sideways passing at the back not so much
@TonyEvans92a Think it is as much to do with opponents changing the way they play making for an awful spectacle. That said, he should have worked out how the counter that by now
@joe_mediano @TAG2056 It looks like changes to personnel isn’t making a difference (although Mo was poor yesterday and how long will it take for Isak to get fit). Therefore it has to be the set up and the way that opposition have worked out how to counter easily.
@DavidMuttering It was almost one of my greatest f*ck ups ever. Was at the England v France game in my £15 France jersey. Exiting stadium at the end was perilous. Didn’t seem wise to tell some of the threatening goons that we were actually Irish
@henrywinter Audio recordings released tend to show chaos and mayhem in the referee’s ear (eg Fernandes red). Are we supposed to believe that the inexperienced ref was left to his own devices on this one? Best case they are treating this derby and others with less rigour and worst case…
@ptgorst Worst thing is that these long term injuries are the result of opponents falling on him (Brentford last season). He needs to wear a Kevlar vest
