@GAAtrackerAPP Yeah but think same would apply to all keepers…obviously Monaghan would be no where near an all Ireland still but there one of the few teams I can see the rules helping given Beggans kicking ability inside 60m plus accurate forwards

@GAAtrackerAPP 1) Kerry obvious one but I think Monaghan would benefit significantly. Could really utilise Beggan and have 2 of the best shooters in the game in Jack McCarron and McManus(if he doesn’t retire)..
