@IKEAIESupport @IKEAIE @conor_pope service they’ve told us the delivery isn’t coming. So angry with how we’ve been treated.

[Declan Hanly @declanbhanly]

@IKEAIE We’ve been waiting around 2 months for a delivery and I just got an email to say my WHOLE delivery is being delayed because ONE item isn’t in stock!!! Unbelievable customer service !!!! Why can’t the rest be delivered as planned ?

[Declan Hanly @declanbhanly]

@IKEAIE @IKEAIESupport @conor_pope just gets worse and worse. Half the bed arrived on Wednesday. So I had to go to the store. Advised there was no part 2 in store, assured it would be delivered today a.m. It’s now 16.37 and no delivery. After an hour waiting for online customer
