One of the hardest things you can do is keep clients,

Especially in the online biz space.

All the top dogs will tell you to find your differenciating factor.

Mine is pretty simple.

I actually care about my clients.

Most agencies spend 6 hours on client aquisition and 1-2 on client work.

This is cool if you want to scale fast and make money but your clients will leave after two months.

I'd rather work closly with a smaller amount of clients and generate results that keep them for years.

Look most will say to not use your phone before bed and they are most likely correct but for me thats not possible as I am on my phone and computer constantly with my agancy.

Here are the three things I would do to fix it:

- Force yourself to go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday. For me thats 8:30pm and 4:30am.

- Do 1-2 workouts that are at least 45 minutes.

- Eat really good healthy food and don't eat junk shit food after dinner (Dessert).

Nah, I think the status expert comes from knowledge and experiences not years.

I like the expression, "It's not about the years you got, it's about the head you got".

I'll put it in simpler terms.

If you have 10 years in the game,

But you have worked with 5 clients during that whole time.

How are you going to say you have more experience than the guy who has worked with 30+ different clients from different niches battling way more challenges.
