"You're the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with."
In tech, this couldn't be more true because college has failed us.
Here's why why every CS student needs to join a tech community (and which ones) - even if you are just starting out: ๐งต

They provide more value than a 4 year CS degree.
@arpit_bhayani@amirkpatna@kirat_tw@striver_79 @AlphaDecodeX Inspired by you, we are building this community based on these exact principles.
Your impact on this community has been profound.
@amirkpatna@kirat_tw@arpit_bhayani@striver_79 @AlphaDecodeX Only a few people in this space teaching you actual engineering at this level .
He is one of the first to encourage going deeper and understanding systems from first principles.
@arpit_bhayani is honestly a blessing

@Sauram228@kirat_tw@arpit_bhayani@striver_79 @AlphaDecodeX In a literal sense, a 4 year duration where you have nothing to do but learn is not a fair comparison to youtube channels.
But these youtube channels give you the mindset, direction, knowledge to be a good engineer and be actually employable-- which a cs degree doesnt guarantee.
The only advice CS students in uni need:
Be a hacker. (PG's definition in the pic)
There is so much alpha in being able to do what you want with a computer.
Your imagination is the only limit.
